Public Association "Қадір-қасиет", which translates from Kazakh language as "Dignity", was founded on 1 September 2010 and works on such topics as human rights defenders' security and protection, freedom of assembly, freedom of expression, freedom of association, torture prevention, fair trials and migrants' rights.
