NGO Regional Center for Human Rights (RCHR) was established by lawyers who united in 2013 in the city of Sevastopol to provide qualified legal assistance to victims of human rights violations. In 2014, due to the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula, the Organization was forced to move to Kyiv.
