Legal Transformation Center (LAWTREND)

Since its foundation in 1996 the Legal Transformation Center (LAWTREND) has acted as a professional civil society organization in the field of freedom of expression, freedom of association, the right of access to information, justice and fair trial, facilitating the implementation of generally recognized principles and norms of international law into Belarusian law and developing the legal community and legal technologies in Belarus. During more than 15 years of activity in the Republic of Belarus LAWTREND has strengthened its experience in legal consulting, development of legal culture and research and education aimed at promoting democratization and human rights protection in Belarus.
